Using your oils
- In a diffuser Add a few drops to your diffuser’s water — 3 to 5 is a good start — and adjust to taste.
- In the bath or a massage Always dilute: mix a few drops into a carrier oil (like jojoba or sweet almond) or into bath salts before they touch skin or bath water — oil and water don’t mix. Try it on a small patch of skin first.
- For cleaning Add 10 to 15 drops to a spray bottle of water with a splash of white vinegar, and shake before each use.
