Extracting the most potent verbena oil is done using only the youngest and richest leaves from the verbena plant. It is important to look for the first flowers that will begin to open, which is when the leaves will produce their most concentrated essence. Though some companies will harvest and produce verbena oil at any time of year, the richest oil is obtained when the harvesting is done by hand with sharp, sterilized secateurs at the end of spring, as the summer’s heat is too great for these delicate plants. The care taken in acquiring our pure Chaé Organics Verbena Oil truly honors this beautiful plant and captures its uniquely sweet, citrusy, and earthy fragrance in this dazzling green oil.
5 ml Verbena Essential Oil
This dazzling, gorgeous green naturally lemon-flavored Verbena Essential Oil is derived from the pepper-like fruit of the Chinese May Chang tree. Extracting lemon verbena oil is done by using the youngest and richest of the leaves from the verbena plant. The Verbena plant must be grown in lots of sun and should take place at the end of spring as the summer’s heat is too late.
