How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on where you are.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Tracking can take a little while to update after a label is created or the carrier picks up the package. If there’s no change after a few business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
My package says delivered, but I don’t have it.
Check around your door, mailbox, front desk, neighbors and household members. If it still can’t be found, contact the carrier and reach out to us with your order number.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What now?
Contact us right away with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.
My order arrived damaged or with something missing.
Email customercare@chaeorganics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help — once it’s in fulfillment, changes may not be possible.
