Overview
Frankincense Essential Oil is 100% pure oil distilled from fine-grade Boswellia carterii resin, harvested under fair trade practices from a Somaliland source with better traceability. All of the resin is thoroughly inspected in the US: it has a bright, silvery yellow-brown tone, unlike the darker, flecked or solvent-cut resin behind much of todayās frankincense.
Always dilute before use on skin, avoid the eyes and sensitive areas, and donāt apply it to skin that will be in strong sun unless well diluted. Store it tightly capped somewhere cool and out of reach of children, and check with your doctor first if youāre pregnant.

How to use
Diffuse: A few drops to set a calm, reflective mood for meditation or yoga.
Topically: Always diluted in a carrier oil, as a warm, resinous personal scent.
For external use only. Always dilute in a carrier oil before use on skin, and patch-test a small area first. Keep away from eyes, inner ears and other sensitive areas.
Sun: some essential oils, especially citrus oils, can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Donāt apply to skin that will be in the sun within 12 hours unless itās well diluted.
Pregnancy and health: if youāre pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under a doctorās care, ask your doctor before use.
Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
