Overview
Birch Essential Oil is a rare, 100% pure oil derived from the sap and bark of the birch, the slender tree with silver-white bark. Quantities are so limited that itās reserved a year in advance, and itās collected only in springāthe one season when sap and bark can be harvested without killing the tree. The result is a potent, noticeably fresh oil.
Not for use on children or during pregnancy, and never swallow it; store it well out of reach of children and away from cats. Always dilute before use on skin, avoid the eyes, keep it off skin headed into strong sun unless well diluted, and ask your doctor first if you take aspirin or other anticoagulants.

How to use
Diffuse: A few drops give a room a clean, woodsy freshness.
Topically: Adults only, and always diluted in a carrier oilāit can irritate at full strength.
For external use only. Always dilute in a carrier oil before use on skin, and patch-test a small area first. Keep away from eyes, inner ears and other sensitive areas.
Sun: some essential oils, especially citrus oils, can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Donāt apply to skin that will be in the sun within 12 hours unless itās well diluted.
Pregnancy and health: if youāre pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under a doctorās care, ask your doctor before use.
Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
