Shipping & returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Contact us within that window — the item doesn’t have to be back with us by day 30, it just has to be requested by then. Once approved, please send it within 14 days.

Most products, if they’re:

• unused and in the same condition you received them;
• in their original packaging, with any seals intact; and
• accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase.

If a free gift came with the order and you return enough to fall below the promotion’s threshold, we’ll ask you to return the gift too, or we’ll deduct its value from your refund.

• Gift cards.
• Downloadable or digital products.
• Opened ingestible products — supplements and gummies — once the safety seal is broken. This is a product-safety requirement; we can’t resell them. Unopened supplements are fully returnable.
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

These exclusions don’t apply if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — see section 6. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may issue a partial refund for items returned damaged, missing parts, or with significantly less product than when shipped, where that’s not our fault.

1. Email us at customercare@chaeorganics.com with your order number, which items you’d like to return, and why.
2. Wait for approval. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don’t ship anything back before you hear from us — unapproved returns can’t be matched to your order.
3. Pack and send. Include your order number in the box, and use a trackable service.
4. We inspect and refund. We’ll email when your return arrives, and again when the refund is issued.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges aren’t refundable unless the return is our error. Rewards points earned on a refunded order are reversed. If you paid partly with a gift card or store credit, that portion is refunded as store credit.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. Photos help us resolve it quickly and improve our packing. We’ll send a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement, whichever you prefer.

The fastest way to exchange something is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — that way you’re not waiting on our inspection before the replacement ships.

If you’d rather exchange directly, email us. We handle direct exchanges for defective or damaged items at no cost to you.

You can cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription at any time, with no fee and no minimum number of orders, from My Account or by emailing us.

• Cancelling stops future renewals. It doesn’t automatically refund an order already processed.
• If a subscription order has already shipped, return it under the normal 30-day policy above.
• If a renewal charged after you cancelled, tell us and we’ll refund it in full.
• You can also pause, skip or reschedule a delivery instead of cancelling.

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return once we’ve received it.

If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the buyer to pass on later, the refund goes to the original payment method — which means the person who bought it will see the refund.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping, and original shipping charges aren’t refunded. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we pay — see section 6.

We recommend a trackable shipping service, and insurance for higher-value returns. We can’t issue a refund for a return we never receive, and we’re not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

International returns follow the same 30-day terms. You’re responsible for return shipping and any duties or customs charges. Please mark the package clearly as a returned item so it isn’t charged import duty again — we can’t refund duties charged on a return.

Original duties, taxes and customs fees you paid on delivery aren’t refundable by us. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.

1. Check the account tied to your original payment method again — refunds post to the original card, not your bank balance directly.
2. Contact your card issuer. Posting times vary, and 5–10 business days is normal.
3. If it’s been more than 10 business days since our confirmation email, email us with your order number and we’ll trace it.
