Time to get started with Week 1! Since there were some issues shipping out the INFUSION ADVANCED SERUM to each of you, your start times will be different. We’ll be able to collect your feedback as you complete the survey each week and it will not matter what day of the week you begin. Just complete the weekly survey approximately 7-8 days later. For example, if you start using INFUSION on a Monday then fill out the Survey Form on the following Monday or Tuesday. Don’t worry about the previously requested Saturday deadline and please ignore the original dates presented for each of the 4 weeks. Following are directions for using the SERUM. Note, we have provided written instructions and I made a short 2-minute video which provides more details.

Directions
The following suggestions are optimal ways to use the Serum. As I learn from all of you participating in the study, we may update these directions. We will be asking your opinion if the following directions are enough or too much information.
Step 1 Cleanse your skin and pat dry.
Step 2 Apply Serum to face one of two ways:
a) Use the dropper to dispense a dropper full of product onto each side of your face, for instance under each eye. Smooth INFUSION over the surface of your forehead, eye-lids and under eyes, finishing off with the rest of your face including under your jaw.
b) Or use the dropper to dispense a dropper full of INFUSION onto fingertips and tap fingers around entire face area to distribute. Then smooth INFUSION over the surface of your forehead, eye lids and under eyes, finishing with the balance of your face including under the jaw.
c) This same process can be used to apply the serum to other areas that need rejuvenation, such as hands, arms, legs, torso, etc.
Step 3 Apply Moisturizer, BB Cream, Sunscreen
a) After about 15-30 minutes apply a moisturizer, and/or other products, if desired. This gives the Serum time to penetrate into deeper levels of your skin.

Q&A Grouped by Subject
1. Can I use other products during the survey?
ANSWER: Yes! Continue to use your usual cleanser, eye cream moisturizer, sunscreen, foundation, etc. However, please replace any serums you are using with INFUSION ADVANCED SERUM during the survey. Use INFUSION after cleansing, but BEFORE applying other products on top of it.
2. What if I don’t use a cleanser and sometimes only apply products once a day?
ANSWER: If you don’t use a cleanser I suggest you moisten your face and dry (or buff*) with a towel or wash cloth before applying SERUM. (*BUFF helps removed dead skin cells and any pollutants that may have collected on your skin.)
ANSWER: If you only apply skin care to your face once daily, continue with your routine. Please keep us informed of your once-a-day routine and let us know if it changes.
3. What if I have skin problems such as Rosacea, Redness, or Irritation?
ANSWER: We expect INFUSION to improve these conditions but let us know if your skin problem worsens then follow steps in Question #5. We formulated this INFUSION SERUM with several ingredients that have OTC claims for soothing properties. In addition, the stress relieving ingredient, Tephrosia Purpurea Seed Extract (cortisol blocker), is designed to help all of these
conditions. INFUSION is formulated to assist your skin in resolving the underlying cause of its problem.
4. Can I apply INFUSION on an open pimple, cut or other wound?
ANSWER: In short, yes. We expect the product to assist the skin’s healing process, even on open skin. If you experience stinging or a worsening of the condition, see Questions #5 & #6. Please give feedback on the survey.
5. If any conditions worsen, or redness occurs, what should I do?
ANSWER: First, stop SERUM use for at least one – two days and return to your regular skin care regime. By taking a few days off with just mild cleansing and your regular moisturizer, you can better evaluate if you would like to continue using INFUSION. You are welcome to contact us through Customer Care. Also, please give feedback on the survey. Additionally, see Question #6.
6. What if the SERUM seems too strong, takes too long to penetrate; leaves too heavy of a feel on the skin for too long; or, makes oily skin condition worsen, etc.?
ANSWER: To reduce the potency of INFUSION, apply it on moist skin. The SERUM easily dilutes with water. Do not add water into the bottle of INFUSION, but rather add water to your fingertips while spreading serum across the skin or start with a wet face before applying.
