- Return Policy: 100% satisfaction, 60-day product exchange or refund for customer returned merchandise, including product damaged in shipping. Product must be returned within 60 days of receiving shipment and be at least 1/4 full. Please notify Customer Service immediately upon receipt of goods damaged in shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship unwanted or damaged products back to Chaé Organics. Please include a name, contact information, original order number, and a specification of whether a refund check or product exchange is desired. Chaé Organics will ship product exchanges back out to the customer free of charge. ALL exchanges or refunds will be issued after product is received and examined by Chaé.
